Yes, you want to make sure your office is 'HIPAA' compliant in all aspects! Research and read everything you can in regards to HIPAA. I, myself, have seen so many offices in violation. I had a procedure done recently, and when they brought me in the room for the ultrasound, the assistant tells me to put the gown and closes the door. There right in front of me is a computer screen on the wall with all the techs patients for the day--their names and the type of ultrasound they were having. Not good..........
