I need help with billing for an alcohol and drug counselor. The clinic I work in is checking into contracting with an alcohol and drug counselor. He would come to our clinic approximately once a week. He does not have his own license. His supervisor is a LADC and has his own license, but he does not work in our clinic. Can we bill for the supervisee using the LADC supervisor's license number since he is not a provider in our clinic?
